ADC officer in Gaza Strip conducted a monitoring visit to SHE-GE project
Woman Studies Center (WSC) at IUG receives Mr Loai Al Haddad, ADC officer in the Gaza Strip, with the attendance of SHE-GE Project team. This aim of this visit was to follow up the implementation of the SHE-GE project funded by Austrian aPPeaR Program for Academic Partnership in the Gaza Strip.
SHE-GE Project's activities were presented, which included many achievements, especially the establishment of the WSC and a specialized library in women's studies and gender. Furthermore, WSC achievements were presented, which were carried out within seven months of the opening of the WSC, that included many scientific lectures, workshops about gender, and research about women's studies.
During this visit, Mr Loai visited the special section of the WSC Library at the Central Library of the University.
